A Rogers outage in portions of Canada is affecting hundreds of customers

Rogers has stated a significant outage in portions of Canada this morning, affecting mobile and web connectivity. Downdetector has hundreds of stories of problems with Rogers, and issues appear to have began at round 5AM ET.
