Mr Panahi, 62, has received many awards at world movie fairs. They come with the Berlin Global Movie Pageant’s most sensible prize, the Golden Endure, for Taxi in 2015, in addition to the Easiest Screenplay prize at Cannes Movie Pageant for 3 Faces in 2018.
