A BBC undercover investigation has uncovered a human trafficking community smuggling disabled kids from Tanzania to Kenya.

Many are taken from their oldsters with the promise of a higher lifestyles. As an alternative, the kids are compelled to beg at the streets – ceaselessly for years – whilst their captors take the entire income.
